1. Eligibility for Returns
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

Perishable items (food, sauces, consumables).

Gift cards.

Final sale or clearance items (unless defective).

2. Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval of the return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a TFTIBBQSHOP.com error.

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our requirements, we may reject the return or offer a partial refund.

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For exchanges, email info@tftibbq.com with your order number and details.

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. TFTIBBQSHOP.com is not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
You must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@tftibbq.comwith:

Order number.

Photos of the item and packaging.
